For as long as I've been in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts I had never actually attended a UFC until the other night in Ohio. I was in Ohio doing a seminar with Mikey Burnett at the Arnold Classic Fitness Expo. For those of you not familiar with Mikey Burnett, he's an old school UFC fighter. A member of the lion's den fight team. One of the original characters on the UFC video game. If you watched the ultimate fighter reality show episode 4, Pete Spratt was talking about if he had his football pads he could run through a wall. Mikey said screw that and put on swim goggles and tried to run through the wall. Thanks to Mikey for bringing me to my first UFC and getting seats that I can't afford
